Thank you for considering us for your health care needs. The purpose of this Website is to tell you a little about our practice, in hopes that we can make each visit as successful as possible. 

It is our policy to participate with the major insurance companies. We participate with most local HMOs as well as PPOs and other managed care programs.

From Route 481, take exit 7 (from north or south) then take a right onto Collamer Road (Route 298) and then a left onto Brittonfield Parkway.  We are the last building on the right.

10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

We Are Currently Accepting New Patients.
Extended Hours: We have developed extended hours in order to accommodate our patients. We feel access to your primary care physician is one of the most important aspects of good health care. Because of our extended hours we feel the need to visit community "Urgent Care Centers" should be minimal. Please contact our office before going to an Urgent Care Center. If you visit an Urgent Care Center without notifying our offices, it may not be covered by your insurance.
